Some of you already know that here at Clipper Cottage, every dog gets an elite spa treatment!!
We use all natural shampoos and conditioners applied by a hydro-massage bathing system!
While in the tub, they get facial scrubs, mini foot scrub, and we check their anal glands. Once the bathing is finished a complete blow dry and brush out is done. Next, the high-quality finishing
work that you expect from clipper cottage is performed.
The hair cut is fine tuned to you and your dog's liking. We gently clean the ears and remove hair.
Then we trim the nails and file and smooth. This is just the beginning of what we can offer your pet!!!
Thank you for trusting us to take care of your best friend. We take pride in providing your dog with the utmost care while enjoying enjoying his/her spa day. Before you bring your pet our inside please walk to our potty area north of the building. (We provide poop bags.) Please remember that any separation from
you makes your dog nervous and that this is normal.
1. We do not allow your presence while we groom your dog because it only adds to their nervousness.
2. Feel free to bring a toy or blanket with your scent on it to keep with your dog for comfort.
3. You are welcome to tour our facility upon request..
4. We clean all holding areas in between dogs.
5. We do not groom animals that we do not bathe.
6. We are not legally allowed and do not sedate pets.
7. It is important for us to have the name of you vet, just in case
of an emergancy.
8. Please let us know if your dog has allergies, sensitive skin/eyes
or any other health issue so that we can resond accordingly.
9. De-matting dogs is time consuming and can be unpleasant for dogs.
Rates are $5 per 15 minutes of extra time on top of the base price of
your groom.
10. De-shedding, especially spring winter coats, are the same rates as
de-matting.
11. We take all dogs out for a potty break if they are left for an
extanded amount of time.
12. Please make sure your pet is current on all vaccinations.
